About Warren Red

A New York-based design firm specializing in interiors and branding for the hospitality industry

Dieter Cartwright has spoken at Hospitality Design Expo, Las Vegas, 2013, Tales of the Cocktail, New Orleans, 2014, Charleston’s inaugural BevCon, 2016, and is an honoree of the Hospitality Design Magazine’s Wave of the Future, 2015. Prior to co-founding Dutch East Design + Warren Red, Dieter worked at PTW Architects, Sydney, on high-rise and large-scale public buildings for the arts, and at Mark Zeff, New York, on a variety of residential and hospitality projects. His career in design is preceded by one in hospitality, having tended bar and managed venues all over the world — the breadth and variety of this experience has served him well in the conception and execution of Dutch East + Warren Red’s projects.

Larah Moravek spent over a decade honing her craft at the high-end firms Clodagh Design and Yabu Pushelberg. In her latter role, she was team leader and mastered her skill set in hospitality, spa, and high-end residential design. In the Fall of 2010, Larah founded her own company, LVMinc, where she designed well-attuned spaces with a tangible artistic quality. At Dutch East Design, Larah’s passion is implemented through her imaginative approach to creating concept design, thoughtful consideration in the procession of spaces, and the execution of the design vision at both finite and grand scale.

William Oberlin worked as an architectural designer, client representative and interior designer for 10 years. He then switched gears and started a fabrication shop, developing furniture, installations and industrial products. His unique skill-set inevitably led William to the field of hospitality, designing interiors alongside custom furniture and lighting. Dutch East Design boasts William’s love for the technical application of details at every scale. Creating custom furniture and lighting while simultaneously developing interiors is his true passion.
